Brandon Cagle, our Executive Chef and Founding Partner of SLC Salads.
Brandon is a Salt Lake City native and Air Force veteran who holds culinary degrees in both Cuisine and Baking/Pastry. He has been instrumental in opening a number of high-end restaurants both in Salt Lake City and across the US.
His specialty is designing creative menus using locally sourced ingredients and perfectly balanced taste profiles that everyone can enjoy.
